I'm sure you're asking yourself how does a ten
year old start racing dirt bikes?
Well, my answer would be because of my father
who had been racing for twenty-three years and always dreamed of having a son he could teach to ride and eventually be able
to race with! My parents bought my first dirt bike when I was four years old and I`ve been on it ever since..
Goals for the Future
I have one main goal and that is becoming a successful motocrosser.
I want to be able to give 100% at every race and finish out the current season by working hard and finishing the amateur local
track races in at least the top three positions! I am committed to riding safe and being incontrol so that I am able to stay
healthy and have fun the entire season. I would also like to practice on my RM85 and be able to compete a winter series at
a few tracks in Florida.
What inspires you to compete?
I`m inspired to compete because I`ve always been told that I was
to small to do anything. Growing up and not always being one of the bigger kids in other sports. Teachers, coaches, and other
parents never gave me the benefit to prove that I was able to do what the larger kids could. When I get on my dirt bike, it
doesn`t matter! I can race and win because I`m better, not because others are taller or larger than me.
What has been your most embarrassing moment?
My most embarrassing moment has to be when it`s "school picture"
time. My mom always brushes my hair straight down, puts hair gel in it until it`s stiffens, and then sprays it with hair spray.
She says "it`s because I play so hard during P.E.". But, I think I look dorky and it makes me feel strange ALL DAY!!
Why do you like this sport?
I like the sport of motocross because it`s always fun to watch
and participate in. I enjoy being able to go fast on the tracks and I LOVE the feeling of winning a race at the end!
Some Personal Information About Me:
Besides loving the sport of motocross! I also like to play Madden
2006 on my PS2, competing in the YMCA flag football league, skateboarding on my half pipe in my backyard, riding on my Razor
scooter and playing outside with my friends.
Schools Attended
I`m going into the 5th grade at Lake St. George Elementary in
Palm Harbor, Florida. I`m an A student and received the Principle`s List in my last grading period. I`ve been handed out awards
like Student of the Month, Commitment to Character, Honor Roll, and I won the Pepsi "Kick, Punt, and Pass" challenge.
